Better battery life than previous models, still severely lacking vs competition. Everything else about the watch is 5 stars

Enjoying my Ultra3 watch. Battery life is great. The larger size face is both fashionable and useful for easy reading. Still learning the different functions etc.
Will not connect to cellular, spent multiple hours on the phone with ATT and at apple and cellular doesn’t not work. Waste of money

Hi Dalton, we’re really sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. We know how disappointing it is when a premium device doesn’t work as expected. For Apple Watch cellular issues, a few things to double‑check (in case they haven’t already been reviewed):
Confirm the watch is set up with NumberSync and shows an active cellular plan in the Watch app. Make sure the iPhone paired to the watch is nearby and updated to the latest iOS/watchOS. Restart both the iPhone and Apple Watch, then toggle Cellular off and back on in the Watch app.
