I didn’t have my watch for a month yet and it is already been sent back for repair. Unfortunately, my old watch is doing the same thing as the new watch. My old watch is a series 7 and my new watch is a series 11, not very happy at the moment.
The watch has lots of features which I don’t really utilize. The battery only lasts for about a day before I have to charge it, which is a drastic difference from my $40 off brand I had previously. I don’t quite understand why it requires a phone line to operate, it wound up being more monthly payment amount than anticipated and I don’t think it was worth it. My daughter is thrilled with hers though as she loves name brand products and utilizes the features a bit more.
