1. Restart the Apple Watch. 2. Check the watch's cellular signal strength. 3. Ensure the watch is set up for cellular service in the Watch app. 4. Update both the Apple Watch and the paired iPhone to the latest software versions. 5. Disable any VPNs on the iPhone, as they may interfere with the watch's functions.
