Better motion clarity than any TV

I picked this up because of how projectors handle motion, and in particular how this model displays content without basically no blur. It’s exactly what I wanted. Video game motion looks better than on my OLED, particularly side scrollers. TV shows and movies also look great, without the jerky motion of OLEDs or the smearing of LEDs
It’s bright enough for me, to the point it’s very watchable during the day (although it looks best at night). Smoke, shadows and fire all have a natural look. The contrast is better than my last LED TV, which really surprised me, but of course doesn’t reach OLED levels of black.
I haven’t bothered with the Android interface, that’s what Apple TV is for. The colour volume is 95% of Rec.709 (in other words, 95% of the HD colour space). Colours look natural and correct, with the exception of some reds (if multiple people are wearing red in a scene, it might appear to be the same shade of red). It’s a small tradeoff for a model that gives me everything I wanted, motion-wise, and something that I think most people will not notice/care about. Getting the same contrast along with better colour volume would mean spending, much, much more. I’m very happy with my choice.
Did a lot of research into a good value projector and this was the clear winner. Huge 120” screen, pretty quiet, less energy use than a tv, better for your eyes, tidier room not having a big black box on the wall when not in use.
