Best solution found thus far

We full time travel in an RV. Mosquitoes are a problem everywhere! We've used Thermacell's portable devices for some time, and still do. Dislike sprays and wipes, although you use them when needed. These... to date, we've not found a better option - they work. Our hope is that the Patio Shield casts a somewhat bigger coverage area than the portable. As we've only used it a few times thus far, that verdict is still out. Rarely give a 5 rating since there is always room for improvement. Nevertheless, the devices are our "go to" solution! (tip - instructions do not explicitly state it, but cover must be left off when in use!)

Works like a charm!

This is the second Thermacell product that I have purchased. It works just like it should. GIve it a few minutes to get warmed up and it keeps the mosquitos away. Really glad to have it. It makes outdoor areas more useable.

Had this about three weeks. Seems to work well ,weather is cooling,which may have slowed mosquitos somewhat.

I LOVE MY THERMACELL. WE LIVE NEAR QUITE A BIT OF WATER & WETLANDS. IT DOES AS ADVERTISED. WE ARE ABLE TO SIT OUTSIDE AND ENJOY A MOSQUITO FREE ENVIRONMENT

No More Mosquitos!!

Bought the Patio Shield and it works great! We have other Therma Cell products for hunting and have never been disappointed. Sitting on the front porch at dusk in Louisiana is not a problem any more. Mosquitos are gone. Kids are safe from irritating bites. We love our Therma Cell !

Great concept and easy to use

Works great as with most of Thermacell's products. I use this in conjunction with my other Thermacell I use on hunting trips to help keep the mosquitoes away from my son when he plays in the backyard or when I'm out having a bonfire with my buddies.

Better than expected

Right away a great value for me, the same mats as the Backpacker! And I got perfect protection on the patio and with a big open window. Yes, the protection continues even after you turn it off (or run out the butane :( ). So, turn it off, its OK!
