Does not work in the real north

We bought this hoping, but, knowing it would not work, and, guess what it did not work. We have a cottage an hour north of the Muskoka's and we tried it there. Twice! Not even in the worst part of the mosquito season and it is a joke. Waste of money...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No very reliable

I bought a replacement for my original repeller, the original was great. Something happen to the new model. I attracts mosquitos, instead of repelling them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this as the mosquitos this year where I live in a small rural community in Manitoba have been horrible. No matter where we set it up on our front steps area or back deck we still seemed to get bit. Not just a few I mean a lot! Not impressed at all for the amount the refills cost. Didn’t want to give up so bought the earth scent ones to see if they worked better and no luck. For someone like myself that is allergic to mosquitos I was hoping for a product that actually helped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow works well

I had my reservations about buying this since I had tried so many other products to no avail but I'm glad I did give it a go. It works really well in fact I'm going to buy at least 2 more for my back yard.

AMAZING PRODUCT!

Bought one for my cousin during the Calgary Stampede, based on a friend's recommendation, and it worked 100% after being eaten alive the evening before! Bought 2 more for myself and LOVE them. No more irritating visits on my deck next to the pond. I had no problem registering them in Canada. If it is windy, it has to be upwind, but you will get less coverage. Impossible for mosquitos to be landing on the device, as the repellent works like a charm, and the top gets quite hot. I think some people forget to read the instructions, and don't know how to use it! I highly recommend it!

I love the Thermacell for our deck but if I had known that I wasn’t going to find the refill pads anywhere, I never would have bought it!

Won’t stay lit

I bought this about a week ago and have used it over the last couple of days for camping. It worked great the first day and a half and now it won’t stay lit. I’ve tried changing the tank and the mat but nothing seems to be working. Sometimes it will stay lit for a bit but it doesn’t last long
I would recommend this to a friend!
