Big disappointment

Tried this out over the weekend, yet the mosquitoes persisted.

Amazing Results!

I live in the Texas Hill Country outside Austin. I have a beautiful home with a huge porch that I could never enjoy because of all the mosquitos and other similar nuisance bugs. I saw this product demonstrated on The Today Show and could not resist trying it. I am AMAZED at how easy it is to use and how well it works! I have been out on my porch for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, even dinner. All totally bug free! No smoke, no odor - it just works exactly as described. Best investment I could have made.

Finally . . .

After 27 years, I can finally enjoy my flower-filled front porch without covering yself with all that yucky, spray-on stuff! This works great and I also bought the MR-450 portable unit to use while working around the entire yard, but mostly in the back, where there seems to be a mosquito hatchery!! Highly recommend and the light scent not only is more than bearable, but gives an unobtrusive reminder that it's hard at work!

Don't waste your money, too expensive for nothing

Bought for our backyard patio, does nothing to keep mosquitoes away from me at all.

Before you reach out, we would suggest trying two things:
1) Please ensure you see a small light through the view hole to ensure the device is on.
2) If your device will not turn on, please let the fuel flow for 2 minutes without pressing start. This can purge any dust or debris that may have settled inside of the device.

We’ve tried creams and oils and candles and sprays- nothing works better or is easier than this! We can finally enjoy our backyard in the evening and what’s best is I can bring it camping or to bbqs at our friends!
