This Unit is replacing a similar top of the line Cafe Dishwasher that was new is 2015 and all I can say is we should have just fixed the old one as this one has less features, specifically there is no way to adjust the door to stay open, even when all the way down, it want to attempt to raise up and close. It cleans the dishes well and is low noise.
Bottom drawer does not fit, door is loose with electronics popping off. GE will NOT replace the 1 day old dishwasher. Very poor quality. They want to send out a tech to tear apart and piece out. This is brand new and things are never the same when they tear it apart. No returns allowed either. Do the right thing GE and replace this lemon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awful dishwasher. Had 3 of these before we decided to just go with another brand. One wouldn’t complete a cycle. The others had miscellaneous issues and complications, like definitely not being 38 decibels or the drawers kept falling out. Apparently the installers couldn’t figure it out either and the loading was extra weird. Couldn’t hold a Stanley cup unless I did it just right. I can fit more in a smaller dishwasher. Very sad because I love the rest of my Cafe appliances, but maybe they shouldn’t make dishwashers…

This is our 2nd set of GE cafe appliances. Absolute pure TRASH. App continually says to change password then won’t allow login. Dishwasher broke first week. I’d pay double to avoid all these issues
