Do not recommend this product and neither does GE

We have been using our GE Cafe dishwasher for about a year. The heating element and the control board both went out and it was 450 to repair it. It took 6 weeks to get the parts. We were told the dishwasher was running again when the tech finished (I was working at the time and wasn’t present), but the first time it was turned on a leak error came on. It has been almost a week and they have not yet returned to fix the leak that was created during the repair. The repair tech told us that GE makes terrible dishwashers and we should consider another brand, so I’m here to share that advice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE will not back poor product.

Bottom drawer does not fit, door is loose with electronics popping off. GE will NOT replace the 1 day old dishwasher. Very poor quality. They want to send out a tech to tear apart and piece out. This is brand new and things are never the same when they tear it apart. No returns allowed either. Do the right thing GE and replace this lemon!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful! With so many great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this promotional incentivized product from GE CAFE in exchange for my opinion. First of all, the Café line is just perfectly beautiful. This dishwasher has clean lines with a minimalistic modern design and some special flair added with the small copper piece on the handle. It is great that it comes with interior lights and we are impressed by the size of the interior which has capacity of holding big loads of dishes. Some of my favorite features are as mentioned the lighting, the cup rinsers which I have not seen in other dishwashers, the 3 racks are adjustable to accommodate to different sizes of dishes which comes super handy, it allows you to set the dishes apart neatly as well as your silverware and other small items for a better wash. It was very easy to connect it online with the Smart HQ app which is also convenient to manage your dishwasher directly from your phone, it helps with ordering detergent and keeping an eye on your use of it and maintenance needs. All in all, we just love it! Thank you Café!

Gorgeous and Washes Like a Dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super impressed with this dishwasher! I hadn’t heard of this brand but this is a luxury version of GE’s dishwashers. I loved the luxe look of it but I wasn’t sure if the performance would line up with how it looks, but I am super happy and impressed! My dishes have come out super clean. The features are so impressive. It has lights in the dishwasher which is a feature I didn’t even know I needed! There is a third rack which has slots for knives, so no more dull blades! There are so many options on the app to customize your wash cycles and let you know when it’s clean. You also can see a timer on the top panel of the washer letting you know how long the cycle has left. If you think you can’t fall in love with a dishwasher, get this one - you will!

Best dishwasher I’ve owned!

Some of my favorite things are-light on the inside so it’s easy to see at night or without the room light on, bottle washer prongs for deep cleaning cups, extra sprayers under the utensils caddy, the wi if hook up so you can control it from your phone. It’s just top of the line!!!
