Features I wanted and Beyond

I love that I can choose how long I want the cycle to last and keep track of how long until the cycle is complete via the phone app. I was looking for a dishwasher that had a delay start with more than a 6 hour delay. I wanted a dishwasher that could accommodate awkward dishes and I could lay down the tines. Extra pluses of the sports bottle jets and jets under the silverware trays sealed the deal for me!

Great Dishwasher

We’ve had the dishwasher for about a month and it has been working perfectly. We love the 3rd rack, the adjustable height of the middle rack, the ability to lay down the tines, and the quietness. It cleans exceptionally well and dries the dishes spotlessly.

Holds about a third more dishes than our old 18 year old model. Thus saves water and electricity in the long run. So quiet you don't know it's running. Professional installation was the way to go.

Perfect for Luxury Rentals

We appreciate that this is a high-end product suitable for our luxury rental property. Aesthetically and from a feature perspective, it checks those boxes. We were drawn to the Microban and UltraFresh features, which help keep the dishwasher clean and healthy for our guests, as well as the ultra-low dB level to minimize noise from appliances. We also love the Smart Assist feature, which will notify us when maintenance is needed before theres an issue .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this dishwasher is great. If you install it correctly with the sound proof material, you don't even realize this thing is on. Installation wasnt too difficult. Just make sure you have enough space for the rubber trim on the sides and top. We did, but it was barely enough space.
Dishes come out clean and dry. The bottle jets are a nice addition.
The third rack on top is great for utensils. It holds a variety of different sized dishes to clean.
There's a good amount of cycles and dry times too.

One month old drawer slides are broken and even after the 4 hour “heavy” cycle the dishes are still dirty. Not always but more often than not I have to rewash the “clean” dishes. The dishwasher I replaced was MUCH better at actually cleaning the dishes. It is quiet when running but aside from that a terrible investment
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist with your new dishwasher's cleaning performance and drawer slides. It's extremely important that the water temperature is correct to ensure the best cleaning performance. The entering water should be at least 120°F (49°C) and not more than 150°F (66°C) for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. We recommend you turn on the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher, place a candy or meat thermometer in a glass and let the water run continuously into the glass until the temperature stops rising. Additionally, you'll want to only use high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. Poor performing detergents will not provide the best cleaning results.
