Love strawberry kiwi

I and my grandchildren loves strawberry kiwi. My only concern is the juice doesn’t come out at times leaving us with plain carbonated water.
I’m not sure if this is juice or machine issue but I don’t have the same problem with other juice mix hence 4 stars.
