[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a neat gadget for any home owner. The light is portable and bright. It’s easy to adjust and fold to put away. I’ve used this for tight spaces like around a bathroom vanity and for providing extra lighting source when painting a room. This would make a goof camp light or backup light for power outages.

You never know when you need a cordless option and SKIL put out a great product here. Would recommend to the homeowner and contractors

These lights have some great features baked in: ability to use 12/20v batteries, foot operated on/off and dimmer, sturdy swing-away base, they fold up nice and compact, and have a keyhole for hanging on the wall. I just got two of these and have already put them into use on new construction with these dark winter days. They do seem to run down a 2ah battery pretty quickly on high, but that isn't really a concern of mine as I picked up a bunch of the older style 12 volts on clearance. Skil continues to impress me with is 12v lineup. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

I used 20volt 2amp batteries and 12 volt 2amp and I wld get around an hr with the 20 volt and less than 30 min out of 12volt
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely Bright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for in the yard or in the attic. The base adjusts to create a more stable surface. The light itself is extremely bright and provides a large coverage area. When I use it in my garage it lights up the entire 20x30 area. The telescoping pole comes in handy when extra reach and coverage is needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light is amazing. It's so bright so I can do projects at anytime. It's also perfect for me and my family, we live in Florida and for hurricane season the power always goes out this light will do the job of 4 hanging lanterns.
