Subpar product for premium price

If you own any other dishes than flat plates, look elsewhere (see the pictures they show). Bowls, tupperware and anything with shape is impossible to load without taking up a large portion of the rack. Wash times take as long as 3 hours and dishes come out soaking wet. I am not sure who this was designed for but it sure wasnèt us. Will be returning for something else.
