[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have only had the unit for one week, and we have only washed a few loads. The machines seem to work well. The location of the controls for both machines immediately together is convenient, but can be confusing—if you just look casually when passing, you can think that you turned on the washer instead of the dryer. You get used to it. The unit has some nice features, but we haven’t had time to try all of them. We like the fact that it’s easy to clean and dry out the seal around the washer door and the detergent dispenser. We notice that the cycle on each machine take much longer than they did on our older Whirlpool duet machines, but that’s not a problem for us. To this point, we are very satisfied.

OUR SECOND ELECTROLUX WASHER AND DRYER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous Electrolux stackable washer and dryer was getting old, having washed literally thousands of loads over the years so we opted to replace it with the TOWER model in Titanium color. For over a month now it has performed flawlessly and the keypad updates and upgrades are appreciated. Now can you please invent a dishwasher? That is next on the replacement list.

STAY AWAY - CRAP

Worst wash and dryer I've ever bought! Clothes do not get dry on the "normal" dry setting. Washer can't spin one item or blankets so it just stops in the middle of a cycle and you are left w/ soggy wet stuff. NOW the door is locked shut and won't open! Model number sticker on the back of the WASHER is for the dryer so that no help. Had this unit less than a year! TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!

Electrolux stackable

Just beware that a lot of water sits in the “well” (for a lack of a better word) where you put the detergent, etc. I wipe mine out after I am done using it for the day. The dryer I have found I need to use high heat to dry my towels or they take a very long time to dry.
