The dryer takes multiple cycles in order to dry items, especially towels. The washing machine rubber seal will often catch small items like socks or underwear during the cycle and they get stuck in there and get soaked and also block part of the draining. The tower itself is Beautiful! Wish it functioned better than it looks.

Beast of a laundry center

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing blows our old side by side washer and dryer out of the water. Its sleek, it has a much wider range of cycle selections and has a specific setting for anything you can stuff in it, and it does a great job with whatever you want clean. Steam function on the dryer is a fantastic addition if you deal with dress clothes often and don't want to deal with the iron today. We are super satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] about a year ago my husband decided that I needed to replace my full size electolux washer and dryer, with one of those new fangled, all in one combo washer/dryers. although there wasn't much that I liked about it, I did like the compact space it took. after a really trying year, that unit is now gone, replaced with this beautiful electrolux tower, the only complaint I have with it is I wish I could make the chimes louder. I am happy doing laundry again. thank you electrolux!

Really Nice Tower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far clothes cleaning has been outstanding, and dryer is functioning well though drying is still not the best--have to run several times to get clothes dry (despite just having my ducts cleaned to ensure that wasn't the problem). Good looking units. Dispenser compartment on the washer is not the best as it is difficult to get to back slots.
