OUR SECOND ELECTROLUX WASHER AND DRYER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous Electrolux stackable washer and dryer was getting old, having washed literally thousands of loads over the years so we opted to replace it with the TOWER model in Titanium color. For over a month now it has performed flawlessly and the keypad updates and upgrades are appreciated. Now can you please invent a dishwasher? That is next on the replacement list.

Worst wash and dryer I've ever bought! Clothes do not get dry on the "normal" dry setting. Washer can't spin one item or blankets so it just stops in the middle of a cycle and you are left w/ soggy wet stuff. NOW the door is locked shut and won't open! Model number sticker on the back of the WASHER is for the dryer so that no help. Had this unit less than a year! TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!

Just beware that a lot of water sits in the “well” (for a lack of a better word) where you put the detergent, etc. I wipe mine out after I am done using it for the day. The dryer I have found I need to use high heat to dry my towels or they take a very long time to dry.

WARNING: Buy the Extended Warranty

It is now March 2026 and the noises are back and of course it's all out of warranty. I expected much better from an Electrolux product with an Electrolux price tag.
