[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the washer/dryer tower a couple of weeks. So far, they are pretty good and a space saver. I didnt give it 5 stars because I personally like to use a little powder detergent AND liquid detergent but with these i have to remove the liquid detergent component when using powder detergent. Therefore, wont be able to use a little of both to wash. Its one or the other. I have only ever had top load washers and this was not an issue so its something to get used to. Also, the whole compartment itself retains a lot of water so not drying it out after use can lead to mold. I think it requires more than just leaving the compartment door open. The washer door, I leave open to dry, but not the detergent/bleach/softener one. This one should be dried. Other than that, I am happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large capacity w/d with slim design. Washes fine but takes forever to wash and dry. Not sure what takes so long to dry but sometimes it takes 2 hours to dry a load of basic laundry. The heavy duty and stain soak cycles also take 1.5hrs or more. If you constantly have a never ending laundry pile either do washing daily or plan to take a day to do laundry.

Squeaks terribly and dryied clothes become re-saturated with moisture after a short time if left unattended for 20min.

So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new washer/dryer set for just over a week and so far, everyone in our household is very satisfied. They are much quieter than our former LG set and they are getting our laundry nice and clean. The LG was about 7 years old when it broke, but ever since it was new I have never able to wash anything to bulky or heavy, as the washer would go off balance. The Electrolux passed the test when I washed a large dog bed and it came out perfectly. I am so happy that I no longer have to bring my large items to my daughter's home to wash them!
