This new washer/dryer tower is an excellent appliance with an ease to operate. So far, dependable, quiet and does the job. So pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new washer/ dryer but I wish it was a little smaller. In an old house the laundry rooms are small. Other than that it does everything I need to do.

High Quality High Performance Washer & Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We could not be happier with the performance and looks of this stacked washer and dryer! It has exceeded our expectations. Different than conventional stacked units, this is a single combined stacked washer and dryer. Hookups could not be any easier, water supply line feeds both the washer and dryer (steam function). The large digital screens and buttons are easily read and intuitive. The washer does an excellent job with every setting that you could possibly imagine! The dryer performs very well, also with a multitude of settings. Both run extremely quiet! We couldn't be happier and would recommend anyone with a need for a high quality, high performance and very quiet washer and dryer! Electrolux hit a homerun with these!

Good, but Just one issue

The only issue is that at the end of every load of wash, a sock is stuck at the bottom in the fold of the rubber gasket. It must happen before the spin cycle, because it is sopping wet. This unit replaced another Electrolux, and I never had the problem with the old one. Is this a known issue? Is there some way to prevent it from happening?
