Sleek, quiet, and space saving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I searched for a new laundry solution for more than a year before I landed on an Electrolux laundry center. I had a side by side previously. This new system has been a huge improvement in my life- it is incredibly quiet and I am truly enjoying doing laundry now. Tall people should be aware that the washer portion is very low down so be prepared to bend- but this is the case with all laundry centers not Electrolux alone. We love the machine and have been doing so much laundry just because we can and enjoy it

Great at removing stains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Following the provided instructions and using the Stain Soak feature has been highly successful. It removed a chocolate stain from a shirt and another time removed pet feces from a towel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our laundry tower. It’s easy to use.?I’m 5’2” and was concerned a stackable would be too difficult, but with the controls in the middle of the tower it’s perfect! I would definitely recommend the Electrolux LaundryTower.

Very disappointed...

This machine is being replaced with another after less than 6 months. The dryer works fine (although the reviews noting the "sock" issues are spot on) but the washer has been awful. The dispenser drawer does not always drain, sometimes the softener remains after the cycle is complete and the receptacles are sometimes full of water after a completed cycle. There are TERRIBLE buzzing noises that come from the dispenser drawer after a cycle is started that last up to 2 minutes...and even when the cycle is stopped and the machine is turned off, the sound continues. The washing machine makes TERRIBLE groaning and hard braking sounds throughout the cycle. Thankfully we purchased through an independent appliance dealer who also services, so they responded to our needs immediately - but after 4 service calls and replacement parts, nothing has changed. They have requested a replacement for us. Here's the really disappointing part - we previously had independent front loading units, and we LOVED them, which is why we chose another Electrolux to replace the 18 year old independent units. I'm sorry to say I am regretting that decision. If the replacement unit does not run perfectly and QUIETLY without slamming and buzzing noises, then we will buy another brand.

Fits the Bill for Family Beach House

It was challenging to get this baby up the steps of our raised camp (it’s really heavy!), but once installed we found that it definitely fits the bill. The large dryer in particular is great because we have so many towels to clean and dry.

It sounds like that laundry center is really making a big difference at your beach house! I can imagine it was quite the challenge getting it up those steps—definitely a heavy-duty appliance! But it’s great that once it was installed, it’s proven to be the perfect fit, especially with all the towels from beach trips. A large dryer is definitely a must in that situation!

The BEST washer/dryer

It was awesome and kept our home clean. When I was looking for a new washer/dryer I was extremely surprised to see the new Electrolux w/d ... we actually like the efficient washing & drying.

The dryer takes multiple cycles in order to dry items, especially towels. The washing machine rubber seal will often catch small items like socks or underwear during the cycle and they get stuck in there and get soaked and also block part of the draining. The tower itself is Beautiful! Wish it functioned better than it looks.
