Towering Heights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the idea of a stackable. I am sure how the quality is yet as I only have had a month. When we turned on the washer, it made a terrible noise and then after three washes it went away. Also, when the spin cycle goes, you can hear it in other rooms and it shakes the house a little. I do like the electronics and ease of use. It took all day to convert from natural gas to propane. So the jury is still out on the dryer part.

Regarding the initial noise from the washer, it's possible that the unit was adjusting during its first few cycles. However, if you continue to notice excessive noise or vibration during the spin cycle, we recommend ensuring that the washer is level and that all shipping bolts were properly removed during installation. An unbalanced load can also contribute to shaking, so redistributing laundry may help.
