The dryer time is a bit slow and I wished the machine offered a "smart soap dispenser" but otherwise quite happy. I was looking specifically for a stackable/tower. Top options were Electrolux, Samsung and LG. LG receives the lowest customer support satisfaction and required using the App for options; Samsung had the worst reviews; while Electrolux received the best product and support reviews overall. I've only had the unit for a few weeks now, so jury is still out. But initial feedback is that I believe we made the best choice based on the selections.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] beat the Samsung washer it's replacing. So far so good. I like the setting options & ease of use. The door closures feel a little less snap-tight solid than my old Samsung & the detergent dispenser is a little sticky. It's very quiet & I appreciate that. Time will tell.
