Impressive Washing and Drying Options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is my first time to own an Electrolux. I am impressed of how clean are my laundry, the features and versatile, and I can now, prewash my dirty clothes. Also, the dryer works well, and I love the Steam-dry feature.

Poor Quality

The dryer started screeching and rattling after 3 loads. On my 3rd tech visit to try and fix this Drum wheels replaced. Didn't fix it.Tech now says it has to with the way the gas line hook up is in the back of the unit. Very poor quality. Do not recommend. Warranty doesn't cover replacement only repair. Hope the 3rd time will fix it.

We use them constantly as we have a vacation home and these units are use by very many relatives. They stand up to the test. Would highly recommend.

Great capacity and easy to use controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the large capacity for the small footprint, and the straightforward controls (differentiator from competing models that hide a lot more controls behind knobs and small displays). The washer does a great job removing stains. The only issue we ran into is the lack of a true low temperature option for the time dry cycle, setting it to "eco dry" just means it runs without any heat, which is pretty ineffective.
