Love Battery Life & Power - Hate the Travel Case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came from an old E-Series toothbrush, and loved it. I was reluctant to upgrade, but have been very happy with the DiamondClean series so far. It takes a little time to get used to the new 20-second intervals. I wish the DiamondClean had 10 second intervals as well, but I don't see that option.
What I STRONGLY dislike about this toothbrush is the travel case. It's HUGE and doesn't even provide a USB charging port. There's no need for the case to be this big and I would argue that it shouldn't qualify as a "travel" case because it's going to take up a lot of room in your bag. You're better off just putting the toothbrush in a Ziploc bag to save space.
I hope they fix the travel case in the future because it really feels like an afterthought and not what I would expect from Phillips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sadly, old faithful finally gave up the ghost after several years of service. So we upgraded to the latest version and, wow! So much better than even the previous version. Minor tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best electric toothbrushes I’ve used. The brush head isn’t too rough on my teeth/gums. The only issue I have is, when the tooth pasted stated to build up at the bottom of the brush head, I went to clean it and now I’m having issues with it staying on while brushing.
