Peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nomo smart care system is really an awesome caregiver tool! I would describe it as a video (baby) monitor, a help I have fallen button and a location app all in one. I installed it at my moms and although she wouldn’t allow photos, it is working great allowing my peace of mind and her to do her daily routine. The installation and use is super easy and the design of the hub is sleek and small. The quality of the camera is actually very good. I use an Apple I phone and had no trouble with compatibility. This is really a great step in independent living for seniors.

Easy set up and convenient monitoring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nomo smart care kit arrived in a medium box , simply packaged . I recommend reading the he QuickStart guide and watching the video , as I was initially confused about how it could help my elderly mom with her care .
The kit includes a hut, power supply cords, two satellites, four tabs, and a lanyard that can paired with a tab. The setup is
straightforward and easy enough for my mom to handle on her own , even if I mailed it to her out of state .
One downside is that come features are paywalled , such as emergency contact services and real-time information sharing with EMS . While not a major, drawback, it’s something to consider.
In summary, this device has varying interested and important features . It can be great help to be aware and monitor a person to person who need more specific care .

Easy to setup

This system is so helpful it gives us peace of mind that I can check on him when I’m not around or home . It amazing I absolutely recommend it.

Good product, phone application needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was not difficult, but it took a week for the application to work. Once it started workingit did provide me with the information of where my dad was and how many times he would go by there. My father hit the panic buttom by accident, and I was able to speak through the main monitor . He could hear me and told me it was by mistake. I also received various phone calls. Advising of the panic button being pushed. It is a good product, but the phone application needs some work as it wouldn't let me add anyone as another caregiver. So far it works very well.

Very Useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We set the Nomo up for my mother who lives alone and it is perfect! We could track her whereabouts and be notified instantly in case of an emergency! The video quality is also very clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup of the Nomo Home Essentials kit was simple and easy. I downloaded the app and followed the user-friendly steps. Now, we are alerted whenever mom opens the medicine cabinet or the doors to go outside. Having to care for a person with cognitive issues is so much easier with this monitoring system.

Such a life send!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit nervous about this system because I will eventually have to teach my senior mother how to use it. However, It was an easy process and if you download the app there will be very little complications. Whatever room she will go in will pick up the signal from the necklace and the system has plugs that will be convenient for your loved one’s most used rooms. The app also allows you to detect unfamiliar patterns so that you can be alert in case of an accident. The system is also pretty lightweight and can be moved around from room to room. I definitely recommend this product over a pricy competitors’ system any day!
