If you want peace of mind, this is the product for you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a product was easy to install and use.  I have a senior parent and it is a great way to keep an eye on them without feeling too intrusive. The quality of the video and sound gives us all peace of mind.

Very useful product

I wasn’t sure what to expect because I initially thought it was meant more for elderly individuals or those with medical needs but it’s great for when you have children as welll. It was really easy to set up and it’s made of quality materials and appears to be very durable. The video quality is great and there is bonus night vision for those times that it’s late at night and not so easy to see what might be going on. Motion detection can also be great to see if someone isn’t where they should be. This has been really helpful to use to make sure my kids are doing what they need to do and also that they are safe. There are multiple uses for this device and I will continue to explore different ways of making the best use of it.

Make sure the sensors are well spaced out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set this kit up. It’s easy to install. Well made, good durable material. The motion detection is a little sensitive, but that isn’t necessary a bad thing. Picks up movement well. Great product for those who live alone. 4 motion sensors, which you want to make sure are well spaced. Also has portable call button for emergencies.

Extremely helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nomo smart care system is an amazing caregiver tool! I would describe it as a video (baby) monitor, a help I have fallen button, and a location app all in one. I installed it at my moms house and even though she won’t allow photos, it is allowing me to have peace of mind and her to do her daily routine.

Wish it had a visual monitoring system with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was not really all of what I've expected. I assumed that it was a camera along with the motion sensors. The installation was easy and took no time. The seniors are amazing. When a person goes near any of them, it sends a notification right away. The material that is made out of is pretty sturdy and not that thin plastic feel that some electronics have. Overall, a good product. Just wish I could be a little more visual with the monitoring.

Good device/setup for some elderly but not all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: very easy to set up, comes with multiple sensors including one for loved one to wear if needed. I like the ability to talk via main hub. Subscription gives option for monthly or annually pay. Ability to have myself, my spouse and my SIL all have access to app as we are main caretakers.
Cons: If you or loved one on extremely fixed income (like many senior citizens), another monthly/annual fee is rough. This monitoring system did not work for my elderly MIL as she was in beginning stages of dementia and became extremely paranoid with it once she started to progress to sundowning.
Overall, I think Nomo is extremely useful for those that don’t always live close to loved ones or those that need an extra hand making sure their parents are sleeping at night/getting up and doing their routines during day. It actually helped us realize our loved one shouldn’t be living alone anymore and needs more care than we previously realized.
This will not work for elderly loved ones at any kind of stage of memory loss or in need of memory care.

Comfort!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it comforting to be able to monitor my kids' movements even when I can't keep an eye on them all the time. I have sensors placed near certain doors that lead outside to ensure their safety. Since my house is quite large and I work from home, it's reassuring to know that they are safe inside while I'm working. I have aging parents, and this system may come in handy for them one day. Until then, I’ll continue to use it for my kids.

Great to have for seniors or people with disabilities !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right off the bat this product reminded me of life alert. While it is similar to, it’s also very different!! It has way more enhanced features and is compatible with the latest technology. While it took some getting used to and placing the sensors just right, everything worked perfectly. It’s able to detect if someone has fallen and can alert authorities. It even comes with a necklace if you will so that you can keep your portion of the device with you at all times. Being disabled myself for the last few years, this is something I now not only need, but feel much safer having. My family also has piece of mind knowing that I have it as well!
