Great device for personal freedom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, this is such a great idea for caregiving when the loved one doesn’t want to be watched and wants to maintain their personal freedom .
This device was incredibly easy to set up right out of the box. I was able to quickly get my satellites connected and set up sticky tags and a lanyard tag. The app interface is well designed and streamlined.
The app showed me a list of times when my satellites or tags detected expected motion each day. This is so great for peace of mind. My son accidentally hit the panic button on the main unit and I immediately received a text notification that it was activated and then a call from nomo to see if there was a real emergency that needed to be escalated. It was easy to cancel, thankfully.
We did have a storm and experienced a short power outage while testing the device. When the power came back on the device immediately started talking to get it reset up. This was startling to me and might be very startling to a client/loved one who has the device in their home, but is not very familiar with it.
I definitely recommend the nomo system as an affordable way to have peace of mind when it comes to a loved one maintaining personal freedom. It’s such a great idea and execution of that idea. Well done, nomo!

Easy Setup for Improved Confidence

The motion detection quality is very good and the hardware seems very durable. Compatibility is good with most types of internet and offers good video quality. I would recommend this product for those who would like extra confidence in their loved ones with mobility issues.

Peace of mind for caregivers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nomo care system is easy to set up, givea you great peace of mind knowing your loved ones are monitored and you get alerts if anything goes wrong, like if your loved one falls you get an alert, and it comes with everything you need and you can call customer service if you have any questions or concerns that you didn't set it up right.

Great peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device and sensors were placed in the home of my mother who has dementia as we suspected she was getting up more than usual in the night and we’re afraid of her wandering. The set up was fairly easy and the sensors were easy to place. Regarding motion detection Momo does an ok job at picking up on mom’s motions opening the refrigerator door at night and also picking up her motion as she’s exiting her room. I don’t think that all motion is detected because there are times that things have been missing from her refrigerator and no motion detected. Or having strategically placed things in certain places to see if they have been moved in the amount of time. I’m not sure how much it’s not catching. However, mom has a lifeline necklace in the event there is an emergency. Nothing is 100% but it does offer some help when mom wants to try to live independently for as long as possible. Things are hard when family is small and not alot of help, so I’m grateful for momo for what it does catch for the added piece of mind.

This is a fantastic solution to allow me to make sure that she's okay without constantly checking in. She doesn't feel like she has a babysitter, and I'm able to make sure that she's up and about and following her usual routine.

Perfect for Monitoring Active Adult

It provides you peace of mind, knowing that they are successfully doing their daily routine and are not in danger. I love that it has a fallen help button and a location app all in one. The main negative thing I can say is there is a somewhat pricey monthly cost for the subscription. The care kit is already expensive itself and then to add the monthly subscription cost on top of it makes it very pricey.
