Bought this for use in the car when on Search & Recovery training dates. Gives the base vehicle air flow to provide cooling and insect deterrence without having to run the car.

Good little fan used it in a pinch. Probably should have got the bigger one but it is all I could get at the store. I would say this fan is better for a desk then a job. That said it has no lack of power and I am really glad they put the powered by USB option on there for if it is not going used far from the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For anyone who does any amount of work in the garage in an area where it gets even somewhat hot, this is a must. When I'm doing anything out there, this is always going. It helps at least get a little breeze and some circulating air, which can be super helpful in a hot and stuffy environment.

Great for working in hot garages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently built a golf simulator in my garage. Big box fans caused the simulator to malfunction so I needed something smaller and more direct. I can clip this on to the net and have it blowing air directly on me while I play. I've used it several times in between charging, it has a really impressive battery life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time owning a "battery powered" fan and I was skeptical at first. That said, one I finally got this and set it up I was VERY impressed. First, it's a SKIL product - so it feels like a power tool in terms of build quality and weight. Its solid but not too heavy. Second, the air output of the fan is fantastic. It's very powerful and quiet at the same time. I was surprised by the output on this little guy. Third, it uses SKIL PWRCore batteries so it fights right in with my other power tools. The clamp is adjustable by a hand dial. The insides of the clamp feature a rubberized material so it gives good grip across a wide variety of surfaces. I've mounted these to a tripod to use while shooting film in high temperatures outdoor to keep my camera cool. When not clamped, the battery serves as the base to the fan and it easily stands on its own atop the battery. There is a USB-C port on the fan that is used to power the fan, but I didn't observe it charging the battery. I plugged it into a USB-C laptop charger without the battery, and it ran at full power using the USB-C power connector.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought I'd need a job site fan but boy am I glad I got one. The battery lasts for hours and no matter where I am working I can either set it up on the battery or use the clip to put it wherever I want. If The battery dies I can just plug it into my phone cord and if my phone dies I can plug my phone into the battery It's a win-win-win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Skil Multivolt Clamp Fan has been my saving grace these past few weeks working in the garage. With temps in the 90's, and no good air flow, this bad boy has been keeping me cool, and works with ease. It is fairly lightweight, very durable, has a great clamp that works on a lot of surfaces, and puts out great air! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we're in Texas. It's hot, a lot. Particularly hot lately. Any moving air is usually met w/ appreciation. I've used this in a variety of capacities - kids soccer games, workshop, etc...
I like the two modes (low, high). It's quiet. The batter lasts a good amount as well which is great. The pivoting of the fan and the clasp also work well for the ways I've been using it. I'd love for it to have a little mister setup too but obviously that's not practical :)

Constructions seems solid too, I haven't put this through a lot of drops to test durability but it does seem to be constructed in a resilient fashion w/ good protection for the blades to not get damaged either!
