Not working

Not sure if it is the card not working or the motherboard but either way, until I can get this video card to even be recognized by my PC, it gets 1 star.

If the system will not boot up, it is not only a video card issue. To resolve the issue, please check if the motherboard and power supply unit meets the system requirements of the graphics card. If these meets requirements, please check if they are working properly, including the CPU and RAM. Additionally, please double-check if the video card and all hardware are installed correctly on the motherboard. Check the PC was properly connected to a working surge protector or AC outlet and the power button is being pressed all the way down to trigger a power on signal.

Bad broke

Very bad. I used it for less than a month and it broke. I asked for help and they wanted to give me a used one. Their service is broken. Their product is fragile and the most expensive of the competition.

If the video card stop working in less than a month of usage is a random problem. If your system is not booting up or no video when powering on is not always a video card problem. This can be related to any faulty hardware installed in your system. If you think the video card is faulty, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if the video card is faulty so this may be resolved immediately. ASUS warranty covers hardware repair only, replacement is not provided. However, in the event the product is not repairable a refurbished unit will be provided as a replacement.
