We'd like to assist with your dishwasher's cleaning performance and the racks not staying in place. It's extremely important to make sure the incoming water is set at a minimum of 120°F. Additionally, you'll want to ensure the dishware is being properly loaded to get the best cleaning results. Make sure that items do not protrude through the bottom of the rack or silverware basket, where they will block the rotation of the middle spray arm. This could result in poor washing performance. It's important to make sure you're not overloading your dishwasher's racks. Our dishwasher upper racks are life-tested to handle a 30 lb. load; lower racks are tested to handle a 50 lb. load. The racks can come off track if they're overloaded with dishware. If this doesn't help, the next step we recommend is to uninstall and reinstall the lower rack to ensure it's in place on the supports.
