Love the ice, hate the bins!

I love the new fridge. So sleek, roomy and easy to keep clean. My only negative is that the back of the ice buckets is low. When you scoop the ice it falls over the back and into the space below. Frustrating because everything else is so well thought out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors make this the nicest refrigerator I have ever owned. The glass panels look amazing and the hidden water dispenser and pitcher is a great design that doesn’t use much space. The flex compartment is a great idea also. I love the fridge!

Disappointed to say the least

on the outside its a beautiful fridge, however not as described in mechanics, and delivery process was horrific and quite frustrating. ice is not nugget ice, and it is one of the main reasons we bought it. people who delivered had no clue about the product nor how to properly assist in removal of old fridge. they were not even samsung employees.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the multiple ice options, the in-door water pitcher beverage Center and the ability of to swap out the panels if I want something new!! The app for the Fridge is awesome too!!
