The customizable design perfectly complements my kitchen, Perfect match my kitchen looks with beautiful design and steeling steel fingerprint resistant doors. the 23 cu. ft. capacity provides ample storage for all my groceries. top and bottom plenty Door Bin Shelfs. The beverage zone is a game-changer, keeping drinks at the perfect temperature for enjoyment. the water container slot is a genius add on. the freezer area is surprisingly big!! have a lots of bins make the room in every corner. The dual ice maker is one of my favorites plenty ice for all summer. The sleek design and advanced features make this refrigerator a standout addition to any home, Smarthings app is easy to manage my fridge from my phone (changing temps, ice making, and endless features in the app. The automatic door opening feature blow my mind. Need to be activated in the app. Touch the door and will automatic open it next lever tech..I highly recommend it to anyone looking for style, functionality, and convenience in their kitchen appliances."

One of the best features of this fridge has a beverage center with water pitcher ready for use whenever someone wants to drink water. The fridge's spacious interior is well-lit, making it easy to see everything inside.
I love that is fingerprint resistant so that makes my life easily, The outside of the fridge looks sleek and modern, while the inside is spacious and thoughtfully designed.
The fridge has two doors, which makes it easier to fit in larger pots and other bulky items. Despite its larger size, the fridge fits a lot of food, and the freezer is also very spacious. The fridge is also energy efficient, which means it saves you more money on your electricity bill. Additionally, the fridge operates silently, so you won't be disturbed during the night.

Lovely new refrigerator with Beverage Zone

The 4 door configuration is better for us than a traditional 50/50 split because of the flexibility of the 4th door. Setting it up as extra fridge space with a couple of clicks in the app gave us options for storing refrigerated items that we don't often use down low and out of the way keeping the freshest things front and center up top. Having both ice cubes is great, my wife loves the small and I prefer the larger traditional cubes so having a steady supply of both is super handy. We also really enjoy the beverage center. Once we went into the app and set up the auto illumination feature that lights up when you walk in front of the fridge so you can see what you have to drink the glass door made a TON of sense. We also think the auto open feature (check your app or the fridge settings) is cool and helps to keep fingerprints in check. Overall this was a big upgrade from our last fridge and we are very pleased so far in the performance and ease of access on the new one.

Great refrigerator, needs some tweaks

The ability to tailor the refrigerator's appearance to suit my kitchen decor was a major selling point for me, and it didn't disappoint.
Having the beverage center integrated into the design has been incredibly convenient, allowing me to grab a drink without having to open the main refrigerator door. This not only saves energy but also helps maintain consistent temperatures inside.
The FlexZone feature has been a game-changer when it comes to storing different types of food items. Being able to adjust the temperature settings has extended the freshness of my groceries and provided me with more flexibility in organizing the interior space.
With a large family to feed and frequent guests, the ample storage space has been a lifesaver. There's plenty of room for all our groceries and beverages, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
I appreciate the energy efficiency of Samsung appliances, and this refrigerator is no exception. I've noticed a difference in my electricity bills since switching to this model.
However, it's not without its flaws. I've encountered issues with the ice dispenser, where ice sometimes falls behind the freezer drawer when using the scooper. It's a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning.
The auto-open door function has also acted up on occasion, opening unexpectedly, particularly at night. This has raised concerns about food safety and energy efficiency, so I've had to keep an eye on it.

Exceeded expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well.. I am very excited to write this review as this fridge has exceeded all of our expectations.
The capacity it has for the top two doors (the main "fridge") is pretty great and with the modular and adjustable trays we have been able to customize it to our perfect needs. We love the fact that the bottom right door, is flex. We have used it for both freezer and fridge capabilities. At first you think you may not use that as much, but when you are hosting or meal prepping, believe me it comes in clutch.
We absolutely LOVE the fact that the fridge creates two separate kinds of ice cubes. My wife (and pups) are big fans of the smaller bite chunks, and I am more of the traditional ice cube type of person. Big plus that the ice trays are on pull out drawers and come with a scooper, it has been used pretty extensively. I will add, that due to our excessive use of it, we have noticed that some ice cubes either fall to the side or the back of the tray. Small annoyance, but it has been quite noticeable that I must make note of it. When you are serving our taking some ice out, pay attention to it.
Another special call out is the beverage zone - autofill jug and water dispenser? Yes, please. You may think that it is overkill to have both, but again when you are hosting and you are able to whip out an entire jug of water at your command (that also auto refills!), this is a heaven sent. We love it, and our guests enjoyed it as well.
One final aspect that I'd like to touch base on is the app. Simply called smart things, has been great to use. Not only can you change the temperature of the flex zone, but it also gives you alerts of when the fridge door has been open for too long. You can also add the ingredients you have added to your fridge and it comes up with recipes for you.. How cool is that?!
In conclusion, we are over the moon with the fridge and like I mentioned at the beginning of my review it has exceeded all of our expectations.

Best appliance we've ever had!

I am blown away by this fridge. We constantly use the flex zone in this fridge to switch from the freezer to fridge to support and handle all of our needs from keeping leftovers safe to storing out overzealous wholesale shopping trips.
Another jaw opening piece of tech that this fridge has is an auto open for the fridge doors. That's right you heard me. AUTO OPEN. Do you understand how amazing this is when you have your hands full (or dirty) and being able to open the fridge without any effort or trouble. This is also amazing when you have an infant that wants to be held at all times. This is simply amazing.
The beverage zone is an amazing piece of technology. Why open your entire fridge when you have the option to have a smaller opening that gives you your most used items (water, milk, etc.) very simply. This not only save your effort but also saves your energy bills.
We are simply blown away by everything this fridge has to offer. To pair it all, the App that you pair it with it "SmartThings" is something that I am also blown away by. You can change the temperature at the drop of a hat, and get notifications of when something is running low or when the door has been left open for too long. Convenience is key and this app is all for it.
With the combination of everything, this is simply the best appliance we've ever had. I super recommend it, and your family (and guests) will for sure enjoy it.
5 stars Samsung, you hit it out of the park with this one.

This appliance isn't just a refrigerator; it's a stylish centerpiece, customized to match our kitchen's aesthetic. The 4-Door Flex design simplifies organization for us, while the Beverage Zone ensures drinks are always refreshingly cold and that means a lot living in the Southeast. The flex zone lets us change the lower-right area to be a refrigerator or freezer which is super easy and very helpful. The SmartThings App is easy to install and configure. Our new refrigerator is a perfect fusion of style and practicality for our home.

Spacious Size, Easy to Use Menu, Clean Look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Samsung fridge. Initially I was a bit skeptical of the auto filling pitcher, but it's great. It keeps the fridge looking clean (no dispenser on the outside of the door) and the pitcher means you can fill your glass in a second and you never have to worry about filling it up with tap water before you put it back. The built in fridge filter does a good job as my city's water has a bit of a taste to it and the filter completely removes that.
The interior of the fridge is spacious. We're a family of 4 and use every cubic inch of it with leftovers, but it's perfect. On the outside the counter depth size fits right in with my kitchen, yet some how they did that without sacrificing interior space.
This does come with wifi so you can hook up to the SmartThings app. All of the settings (temperature, light settings, etc.) can be changed there or though the menu on the little screen inside the fridge door. The app also sends you push alerts if the door has been left open-- which is a great feature if you have small kids in your house that aren't quite fully trained on how to be good roommates yet.
As far as operation goes, it's quiet enough that I don't notice it. You can hear the ice crash down now and again-- but there is even a setting in the app to prevent it from doing that at night if noise like that bothers you. There really is a lot to love about this fridge. A lot of the features aren't necessary, but boy are they sure nice to have.
