Love the light. Takes a short amount of time to get the hang of the necessary screw in and removal directions. Most probably wouldn’t have issue. I wish it came with a plug in charger!! Over all I’ve used it taking items off walls and it works nice for due to the light weight.
I would have given a 5 but i had 2 similar units just like this one but withe name brand Hammerhead. They are so handy but each stopped working after a lot of use. I would still buy another one just because it so handy. I use the circuit tester as much as the driver.
The build quality of this tool looks good. When you put this in your hand, the ring collar switch is in the perfect location, and is easy to use. I like the short shaft with the locking hex coll-et. Every thing is all good except for one big thing. The power is lacking. My 23 year old B&D versa-pak (3.6 volt with older battery technology) inline driver will out power this one. If this tool were to get a power upgrade, it could be an awesome screwdriver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Gman, thank you for your feedback! We'll pass this along. If you require any assistance, we're here to help: 1-877-754-5999.
This thing is great for starting and removing low to medium torque fasteners. It fills the gap when a big drill or impact driver is too powerful or bulky. It shines at getting the repetitive part done which keeps fatigue at bay. It has decent torque to remove or tighten most fasteners. When not using the motor, the gears lock so you can use it as a regular screwdriver to get more torque when needed. The light is nice to see in dark places. I don't use the hot wire detector but it is nice to have if you need it.
