I haven't yet use the product, this is more to speak to the customer service. When I received the package in the mail it had leaked within its shrink wrap, I sent an email with a picture. Customer service sent me another bottle for the inconvenience. Thanks again!

This product does a couple of things really well. First off it gives a fantastic rich black look to the tires. It does not produce tire fling like some of the oil based tire shiners can do, you just need to make sure you wipe off/down excess product. This product does in fact last for weeks on end. We've had tons of heavy rain here in PA over the last few weeks and my tires still look black and sleek despite all the city AND highway based driving I do. This stuff has even held up to a Diablo Wheel Gel cleaning a few times and does not appear to have removed the look I have achieved with my tires. The only cons I find with this product is that I have to use a little more product than what they suggest to use in order to get the look I wish to achieve. I also find this product does not produce a "wet shine" for a long period of time, however a rich black look will last for weeks on end. I do suggest this product as it does its job rather well. It lives up to what is advertised!

On my 2012 Jeep Wrangler, well you know how large the fenders are. I have tried several products. Nothing even comes close. Shine last for weeks. Awesome. Since then I have ordered several products from the Chemical Guys.

bought the product to try to use it as a tire dressing . was not impressed with it . when i started to use it on plastic parts worked really good . soo use it on plastic and youll be fine . nice shine if used on plastic

Purchased this from the local Detail Garage in Fredericksburg, VA. Wanted to apply a protective coating to all of the exterior plastic on a new Jeep Gladiator. It applied well and looked great. A nice gloss black finish without it being too shiny. All good and "5 stars" until it rained. The plastic still looks good; however, the product streaked down the painted surface of the vehicle. Not good and minus 2 stars for its performance in the rain. The weather has been poor and I haven't had a chance to was the vehicle. I just hope all of the streaking on the painted surfaces easily cleans off and does not deteriorate the HYDROSLICK INTENSE GLOSS SIO2 CERAMIC COATING HYPERWAX which was also applied. As one reviewer stated, maybe better for interior use. My product recommendation is with reservation based on my experience with its performance.

I've used a ton of other vinyl, rubber, plastic cleaners. They either don't work or they're greasy. VRP is cleans, shines, and makes my rides look way better. I even put it all over the plastic trim on my Polaris Ranger. Furthermore, the smell is addicting.
