great display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this monitor primarily for gaming, but mostly use my set-up for shows/movies (as all expensive gaming set-ups go). It has served me beautifully with both uses. The subtle curve is enough to feel more immersed in gaming at my desk + seems to improve the viewing angle at a diatance when watching shows. At the price i paid- it was very reasonable all the features, menu options, resolution and refresh-rate specifications. I don't think I will ever switch to a non-Samsung, or non-curved monitor again.

I also use the monitor to watch movies with my girlfriend. The monitor has great picture quality. The colors are bright and the picture is so clear. Literally it feels like you are inside the game or movie. I really enjoy the monitor and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

And when I watch videos or movies, the quality almost seems TV-like with crisp resolution. The menu on the monitor is super simple to use and the customizable features are nothing that I have seen before. Overall one of the greatest monitors I have ever had.

The 2560×1440 QHD resolution provides excellent clarity for reading text and viewing content side-by-side, ideal for multitasking with documents, research, and creative projects. However, some users may find the pronounced curve a bit much for traditional office work, particularly in detailed tasks like video editing, as straight lines can appear distorted near the edges.
