Really a bit disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for literally everything... work, social media, research, reading, music, everything. I signed up with a new phone service and was supposed to get the Samsung S24 Plus; but, somehow there was some confusion on their part and I ended up with the plain Samsung S24. After trying to rectify the situation and getting nowhere I just decided I would just use it... I mean it's a Samsung...right? That meant it had to be good... in my naive opinion. No, the S24 is too small and is hard to see, and even harder to use the keyboard to text or send emails, especially if you use your phone like I do, for everything. So then there's the issue with the memory which is very small. My phone is constantly lagging and telling me it's full... oh, and there's no way to expand the memory. I'm super disappointed and stuck with this phone which is making my business slow down because I am not able to use it like I have always used my other Samsung phones in the past without any problems. I'm just extremely let down by the size, the speed, the storage and the fact that it costs so much for such an obvious fail... in my opinion. Anyway, I have always been a die hard Samsung fan; but, am truly feeling let down and like I'm stuck with it until it's paid off which is very unfortunate. I need a phone that I can use like I have in the past. I need the little pen... That's another major issue right there...no pen with the S24. I'm going to get something else as soon as I possibly can.

It's such a smooth phone that run efficiently and doesn't suck up too much battery life. There's alot of updates each week but is necessary. The Galaxy AI features in photo and video are awesome! I feel I'm finally working with a smartphone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im still learning how to use galaxy AI. There are so many features, im still finding new ways to incorporate them into making life a little easier. Paying bills, and staying organized is a breeze. Charging is super fast, I dont deal with slow loads, or glitches anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has all of the necessary features, but at a fraction of the cost of a Galaxy Fold. I'm not disappointed in the Galaxy S24, but for me I like to have more of everything, in case I need it. And it's rather small in my hand. I find the Galaxy AI, very useful and easy to use. I'm excited about the possibilities with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the galaxy s24 series. The galaxy AI is good for research or anything you need in general. The S24 preforms very well when running high demand games and apps. Great video and screen quality. The s24 is built with good material for scratch and drop protection. Waterproof and dustproof Amazing camera quality. It has features that most phones dont have. Overall the galaxy s24 has made my life alot easier.
