My favorite phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a longtime user of multiple android phones and previous Samsung phone users, who hasn't used an S phone for a while, im surprised how much I like this phone and like to learn its different features especially with the pen and taking notes and managing my day with its different features. Definitely preferred over every other android phone & prefer it over apples boring same old decades design. Gonna be a potential lifer with these phone models.

The love of my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. I had a seamless transition from my old phone to this one and it was like I have had this all the time. The new AI features and photo features are simply the best and so easy to access and use.
I love having the duel lines on my phone because it makes it so much easier to do my job.

Charging port is not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Galaxy s24 phone about a year ago and after 6 months I started getting an error message about my charging port. I kept getting an error message that the port was dirty or had moisture which it did not. Now it won't charge at all from that port. I had to buy a wireless charger just so I could keep using it.
