Getting better with age

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not on the laptop in my pocket band wagon. I want a phone that does everything I need and also fits in my front pocket with a case on it and this fits the bil. The battery life is pretty good I'm a super heavy Internet user and texting and calling all day I can get through about 6-7 hours before I have to charge it and the super fast charging is great in 10-15: minutes I can get enough charge to get me through the rest of the day.

Very nice features but slower updates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the s24 and my boyfriend owns the s21, it seems like our updates don't match or some of his are newer then mine. The updates on this phone seem to happen a lot with some unnecessary updates and not much work around to put them back to the original. I get most companies are trying to keep up with technology times but at the same time some of my favorite features go away as fast as they come. You fall in love with the phone when you first get it, that's why you get it. You should have the option to keep our deny some of the updates. You may not know how some updates can make your phone better but not all do, trial periods of updates should be an option also. Different generations are using the phone and not every "upgrade" is an upgrade
