Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy S24 and the S10e have some vast differences between one another. The Galaxy S24 offers a larger battery, larger storage options, a faster processor, 5G connectivity, higher resolution cameras in the front and rear, a larger display, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and Galaxy AI features. It arrived defective and we are having a difficult time getting the problem resolved. The One UI Home App continues to fail son the home screen does not display any of the apps/data that were moved from the previous phone. Phone DOA
