[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI was the feature everyone was hyped up for. When we purchased our phones, (Galaxy S24 base phone) it took a bit to get used to it. I upgraded from the (S22) and my husband went from a Pixel 7 to the (S24 base phone) as well. He was more interested in the camera features that were great for those who take alot of videos/pictures. I can honestly say that while the battery lasts, it dont have alot of storage room, which is a bit disappointing. However, having this phone for the last 7 months im hoping the phone they come out with next has a bit more room in it. We use our phones for everything personal/business. Overall it still is a good phone but it just made it more complicating to do certain things.

Not up to the expected standard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is actually an S22, but that was not in the drop down. At any rate, my phone has been serviceable but not spectacular. Earlier Samsung models have been very impressive for their time and never disappointed. This time, it seems they missed the mark. I had to take my original purchase back for an exchange due to numerous technical issues that prevented proper use, including basics like transfer of data from the old phone. The replacement was certainly better, but still has bugs, such as independently muting my ringtone, and lately draining battery levels more quickly. (Not sure if not having my current model available for selection in this survey counts as another data point, but if kinda feels like it.) I am brand loyal, but I feel like if the next version is not actually an upgrade, I may have to make a switch. Also, while I think of it, Galaxy AI ftw!
