updates break phones

Samsung did two updates on my phone recently and now my notifications work randomly. I am now missing text messages. I'm not paying att a deductible to replace a phone that samsung broke.

We went to t-mobile and got him the new samsung s24 and he loves the phone, he showed it off to friends and family and everyone loves the amazing pictures it takes and the quality of the screen is unmatched.
