We're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing overheating and freezing on your S24. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like when charging, this should not affect the device's lifespan or performance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The samsung S24 is a excellent phone to have for anything. For game,phone calls,taking pictures and using the new galaxy Ai. The galaxy Ai is a very good tool to use for anything, either asking for a recipe of an exotic dish or seeking help in a problem it's a very useful tool that should be in every phone.

It might be a bit better but as a person that uses my phone casually, there is no difference. When it comes to the Galaxy AI, I don't use it and see no reason why it's even here. Seems like a gimic.

Amazing phone

It's also got a amazing screen for watching videos from different streaming services. This is by far my favorite phone I've ever owned.
