Phones charging port needs update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having issues with my chargers and my wired headphones. Phone does not recognize them when they are plugged in to the phone.

We've also noted your concerns about your charger and wireless headphones not being recognized by your phone. In most cases, Software updates can be a great tool to help alleviate any troubles your phone may be experiencing. Check out the link attached for options that should help troubleshoot what you're experiencing with the headphone jack. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. You can also use Samsung Members to run a test on your battery and charging port. This will check for any issues. Check out the link attached for instructions on how to do so. Great phone overall fantastic battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is good the battery life is amazing. Charges quickly lasts a long time even during full use such as watching videos. Easy integration with old phone information and setup. The screen is good but oculd be a little brighter. The camera is great up to 4x zoom past that gets a little fuzzy. Overall I am happy with the phone Great investment.
