What happened?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Galaxy user for a long time. After upgrading from an S20, I am so frustrated with the s24s experience.
I find myself saying constantly "I hate this phone". The AI features are awful. The typing after the last update is a terrible experience all around. I find myself correcting every other word.
Why is the user experience getting worse? Please, get back to being intuitive.

Not loving this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I do not like Galaxy Al. I don't need something keeping tabs on what I do and how I use my phone. I am very much an Android girl ever since I have owned a smartphone and very much love Samsung but the speakers on the S24 really suck. It is so hard to hear when a call is on speaker and it's not just my phone. My parents both have S24's and their speaker phone is awful as well. For the most part the little bugs get fixed in updates but the speakers keep having issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the Galaxy S24 easy to use. It allows organization with apps and personal information. The camera takes good video and photos. Compared to my husband's phone I prefer the Samsung. I enjoy using AI for asking questions of interest. We also have other samsung products. They all sync with my phone.

From s10+ to s24

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for editing, school, gaming and photography. Previously I used an s10+ which was relatively slow compared to the s24. It is much faster and has a greater ability to run simultaneous apps that would otherwise not run well on my previous phone. The s24 has the best capability of all phones. I love how I can personalize it to the little details. The camera is amazing and the photos I capture now are unlike those I could take before. It has been a great upgrade and I really believe the phone will be very high quality for the five years.
