[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had nothing but Samsung phones since they first released the note. My most recent one was the S23 Ultra until I upgraded to the S24. I like how the S24 is smaller but that's about all I like. The battery does not last very long at all. The volume is not loud. All the advertised features of the S24 like Google AI, text assist, and live translate are all kind of jokes. Talk to text does not work nowhere how slow I speak or how I have the settings. There's honestly not much different on the S24 and the S10. I will never choose the newest phone on the market again.

The battery life of the S24+ is longer than that of the S24. AI creating Metaphors, "at my fingertips"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best phone I have owned. My favorite is the AI wallpaper creator!! Using it is a metaphor at my fingertips. Based solely on words, the wallpaper creator interprets a reality difficult or impossible to create by my own imagination. It would take a couple friends, colleagues, family, etc. to come together and think of detailed artwork which samsungs Artifical Intelligence creates by moments of my fingertips. I use it to remind myself of the experiences I wish to actualize in my day to day journey. It is a creative source, and healthy "Artifical Intelligence"!
Using the Samsung S24 is an overall calming experience. I recently advanced from the samsung S21, which I bought two years ago. I did not want to, but have a friend who wanted my phone. It worked perfectly after two years! I can't put into typing how happy I am. The smoothness of samsung is smoother, the apps are more helpful, I look forward to working on my phone, and there are features that I keep popping up after hours and hours of exploring. I found the wallpaper "AI" yesterday (today's 5-3-24), or the day before. Plus, about seven other features that I haven't found on my own computer! Anyway, it's has been worth my trip to the store.
Last thing, the screen is "bright" in the sun. No glare! All I see is the screen and what I am focused on. The screen adjustments have changed for the better. I suggest you buy this phone. My guess is the S24+ and S24 Ultra are spectacular!

Worst Iteration of a Samsung Phone ever

The Samsung S24 is hands down the worst phone I’ve ever used. The AI features are nice but my life wouldn’t be that different if I didn’t have them. The phone constantly freezes. Apps constantly freeze. The camera app gets stuck at times. Google/Gmail other apps tend to freeze/crash. The battery life is subpar. I get through the morning and my phone is already below 50%. For a bit the 5G connectivity was bad as well but I think that got sorted out. The phone feels slow, which I’m guessing is related to the apps always freezing. I’ve upgraded my Samsung phone every year and this year is the first time that I feel so underwhelmed. I miss my Samsung S23.
I’m not sure if it is even worth getting my phone exchanged under warranty. I doubt I’m the only one facing these issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Id like to return this back as there is no Turkish language support. Therfore, all features and mostly AI is useless for us! This is just software why you dont add this???

Functionality OK; camera not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't seem much different from previous Galaxy phones, but is faster fir most things due to more memory. Bluetooth changes randomly between other devices and car instead of device selected. This is frustrating when a call switches to headphones after being answered through car. Low light photos still are leagues behind other devices available on market. Erase object feature is great and is an improved photo editing feature.
