Controller burnt out

I bought three Valencia / Tuscany chairs four years ago and we recently lost all the power to one of the chairs. From researching this on AVS Forum it looks like controller issues have been a pretty consistent issue. I couldn't be more disappointed, these chairs were in otherwise new condition and to now not be able to use the recliner, lumbar, or headrest makes the chair pretty useless and uncomfortable. Eastporters wouldn't get back to me and Valentia told me they don't have any replacements, sorry for the inconvenience. Buyer beware, when the controllers burn out hopefully you have the recliner, lumbar and neck rest set to a comfortable position.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
