Our second because our first was perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the 24" version of this dishwasher for eight years in our previous house and we loved it. It was problem-free. We moved in 2022 and the new house came with an old dishwasher. We were almost happy when it broke because we missed our Bosch. I was a little worried that the 18" version wouldn't clean as well, but, like our previous one, it works perfectly, the dishes get clean--including mixed loads of dishes and pots. It's very close to silent in operation--can't hear if it's running from the next room. The layout is thoughtfully designed. And we LOVE the "third rack," which is a flat, shallow rack designed for silverware. It is incomparably better than a silverware basket and saves a lot of space in the other racks.

End of Back Pain Bending over sink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live alone and few dishes. But at 82 year of age leaning over sink can no longer be tolerated. Even for my few dishes the arrangment leaves much to be desired. Does not accommodate well the serving dishes or pots/pans. But I couldn't live with out it. See photos. Had to install where cabinets once existed. Finding someone to modify cabinet was difficult. Local appliance store pruchase included a specialist in professional cabinet work. See photos, kick plate required piece of existing laminate flooring. I bought black to match all the other appliances that now come in black unless you are spending a lot. Kitchen makes a great visual appearance.
