Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a very small kitchen which required a smaller dishwasher. So when we did a refresh on the kitchen we decided to install a dishwasher. We couldn't be happier with this Bosch. It looks great and has great cleaning power. Our glasses have never been cleaner. After years of handwashing they had developed a hazy film on them. One cycle through the dishwasher and they look brand new. Our dinner plates are over sized so we have to move the upper tray occasionally to fit them but it is simple. The unit is also extremely quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for low pressure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cleaning, even in our NY apartment with low water pressure. Very quiet, spacious considering it's an 18". Middle rack seems designed for teacups rather than coffee mugs, so packing isn't perfect, but this isn't a major issue and in no way impacts cleaning quality.

Fantastic clean dishes!

Although our model is the smaller version, we still find it capable of handling a serious load while getting the job done. As a bonus, our dishwashing water usage has gone down, and it is very quiet. Cannot recommend this product enough!

Disappointed customer

I bought and installed a new dishwasher in my rental a year ago. A small piece broke off and I couldn't get a replacement piece. Because the dishwasher was under a year of the manufacturer warranty I got a whole new dishwasher. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the same color which is really frustrating and extremely disappointing. I didn't have a choice at all. I just needed a working dishwasher so I sadly had to settle. Hate the new color and hope Bosch will reach out when the color I actually want comes back. Very disappointing.
