A bit misleading

I love the Trivac and bought the Universal Collection System based on the copy saying the 8 foot hose got up to 16 feet in reach. This is an 8 foot hose. It does not expand. The marketing copy is definitely misleading and needs to be corected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I gave it 3 stars...rather neutral...because I live in NE Iowa, I've had it 1 month, and it's February 1; not a lot of leaf gathering being done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in January 2022 after receiving the leaf vacuum for Christmas. Previously I was piling leaves and bending over to place in trash can. With the leaf pro I can pick up the leaves with vacuum and they are routed to trash can without having to bend down to pick them. It has made this job easier to accomplish and finish in a more timely manner.

Missing pieces

I thought I was losing my mind but was shipped a box without the attachments for the TriVac. Spent an hour trying to figure out how to use the bag attachment to connect to the hose to trash but all futile. I do not know what happened but not happy that I can't work with this tool now and will have to wait for their super slow shipping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overkill!

This is the 3rd Collection Hose and adapter. You should be able to buy exactly what you need and not the added accessories that I will never use. I own 2 Worx Blower/Vac machines and have gone through 2 hoses already. They crumble and crack. Not satisfied with the way they are made. Should withstand for a long time. I am looking for a hose that will fit without having to buy the LeafPro Universal Collection System with adapters I will not use. The 30 day Warranty doesn't help either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
