I've used the Worx trimmer for years, wearing them out. Each one comes out a little better made. The newer model is stronger, better made. Ready to take on the trimming, edging and even just mowing across the lawn. Easy to use on the smaller, tighter areas of the lawn. The battery time or usage seems to be lasting longer also.
bought in 2017 and batterie's just died last year so bought new trimmer and batteries this year just for batteries as original trimmer and blower still work.
I'm sure it'll work great, but instructions are horrible! I'm having someone else look at it with the horrible instructions to see if they can figure it out.

Thanks for your honest feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re sorry to hear the instructions have been frustrating. Our goal is to make them as clear and accessible as possible for a wide range of users, which sometimes means simplifying or generalizing the content. That said, we know there’s always room for improvement, and your input helps us identify where we can do better.
We'd like to learn more about the specific issue that you are experiencing. Please email us at worx@positecgroup.com to advise us of your specific issue and we'd be more than happy to help you.
Owners manual instructions are useless. There is no text, just vague pictures. The wheels for the unit just keep falling off. The 20 volt system is underpowered compared to the Worx 40 volt unit that I have.

Thank you for your honest feedback—we’re sorry to hear about the frustration with the instructions, wheel attachment, and power performance. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
We aim to make our manuals as universally understandable as possible, which is why they rely heavily on visuals. However, we recognize that this approach doesn’t work for everyone, and your input helps us improve how we communicate with our users.
As for the wheels and power concerns, we’d really like the opportunity to troubleshoot and help resolve these issues. Please reach out to us directly at worx@positecgroup.com so our team can assist you further.
