Simple to follow features

I'm a senior citizen and this Worx trimmer is easy to use and gets the job , makes trimming good exercise without the pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using several edgers/trimmers, I believe that this is the best edger/trimmer on the market. It has great quality. It is easy to use and works great. I believe it is a great buy, best bang for your buck. I finally got an edger/trimmer worth buying and using.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NOT worth the money

Worste trimmer I have ever owned, battery life is ok but the command feed and manual feed stopped working after the first spool. I bought Worx replacement spools so in theory they should work but they don't , I have rewound 2 different spools with no change.Dont waste your money or time on this worthless pile.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a gulley that runs near the street across our front yard. This area is impossible to mow. We have tried using a hand-held a gas trimmer,(too heavy, loud and hard to start) a wheeled gas trimmer (so loud we couldn't do morning or evening trimming, also hard to start and leaked oil) and a corded electric trimmer (needed a 100' cord and had to stoop over to use it). After the first use of the WORX telescoping trimmer and wheeled edger, we sold all 3 other weed whackers we had! It is lightweight, quiet, the right length to avoid stooping and cuts great! Power stayed steady for the 30" min we needed. The string seems to be sturdier and last longer than the gas trimmers. Also happy that it came with free string for life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Free lifetime refill ruse

The website advertises free lifetime trimmer line refills for their WG163 Trimmers, but their ordering website doesn't work. Everyone you put the refills into your cart and try to proceed to Checkout it just sits and spins and won't complete t g e order processing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken line guard

Love the trimmer but the line guard broke within an hour of use thr first time. It broke where the line cutter is located so now the line won't cut anymore. I would like to order (or request) a new part but I don't see anywhere where that part is available to order. Can you assist?
